Certain types of items cannot be returned as we will not be able to sell them at a later date. Perishable goods such as cold-pressed oils, fats and vegan nut butters, vegan seed butters can not be returned. Custom products can not be returned (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products, skin oil, skin creams) can't be returned either. We also do not accept returns for other customized food items, wholesale items or bulk items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
To start a damaged item claim you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide pictures of your damaged goods right when you received them. We will follow up with instructions on how we will proceed. In most cases we will send you a replacement item. If a customer insists on cancelling the order instead of receiving a replacement item, we will deduct shipping and handling fees first before issuing a refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. As most of our bottles and jars are made of glass, breakage during shipping can happen.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your claim, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
