Ingredients
Scrambled eggs never take much to explain, here is a recipe that we learned in the Austrian countryside.
- 6 free range eggs
- 1 tsp Ostro Coconut Oil
- 1 tbsp Ostro Pumpkin Seed Oil
- 1/8 cup unsweetened almond milk
- salt & pepper to taste
- garnish with fresh cut chives or parsley
Instructions
- Take a non-stick pan and melt a teaspoon of Ostro Coconut Oil.
- Add 6 free range eggs in a bowl and whisk in 1 tbsp of Ostro Pumpkin Seed Oil, 1/8 cup of almond milk, pinch of salt and pepper.
- Cook until ready. We like our scrambled eggs not to be over cooked, so best to stay close to the pan.
