Scrambled Eggs with Pumpkin Seed Oil

Scrambled eggs never take much to explain, here is a recipe that we learned in the Austrian countryside.

Take a non-stick pan and melt a teaspoon of Ostro Coconut Oil.
Add 6 free range eggs in a bowl and whisk in 1 tbsp of Ostro Pumpkin Seed Oil, 1/8 cup of almond milk, pinch of salt and pepper.
Cook until ready. We like our scrambled eggs not to be over cooked, so best to stay close to the pan.
Indulge this nutrient packed dish at home, while out canoeing or hiking!
