Like me, you may be wondering what the beep oil swishing is? I was a few years ago anyway. No doubt oil swishing is the newest craze out there and for good reason.
Oil swishing or pulling has been used for thousands of years to help minimize the bacteria growth in the mouth. It's an authentic health practice that seems to making headlines today.
So what's the big deal?

By swishing virgin oil in your mouth and spitting it out, you will pull the bacteria off your teeth and this means you're getting rid of some of the free radicals that are looking to create trouble. Makes sense to me.

Depending on your circumstance, it may take just a few days to see rustles or weeks. This really depends on the strength of your immune system. Just make sure you never swallow the oil. It's completely safe if you rinse and spit.
