Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Our return policy is guaranteed for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, please include a copy of your order confirmation with the shipment.

Packages ship from Victoria B.C. Canada. Destinations closer to the Victoria area mean delivery times on the low end. Allow extra time for deliveries to smaller towns/cities, P.O Box addresses, and remote locations. For more information on shipping and to track your packages, visit

International Shipping

U.S orders will arrive within 6-14 business days after shipment. Please note that the time your items take to clear customs will vary by location.

Each state has its own duties and tariffs laws so US taxes are not included in our pricing. All cost of import taxes and/or custom procedures are borne by the customer.

We do not currently ship outside of Canada or the U.S

Order Processing Times

Orders placed before our shipping cut-off time of 3pm PST will be processed within one to three business days. (Excludes weekends and holidays).

Order Tracking Information

Once an order has shipped, we’ll send you an e-mail confirmation. If a tracking number is made available you can use it on , FedEx or their partner carriers.

Redirecting an Order

Please make sure your shipping address is correct— You are responsible for additional shipping charges that occur as a result of submitting your order with an incorrect or incomplete address.

What happens if my package is stolen?

It is always frustrating when a package goes awry. However, once your items are shipped, we cannot be liable if it is lost or stolen. If your tracking number shows that your package has been delivered, or the carrier let us know that your package has been delivered with out tracking code, but you did not receive it, please contact for more information.

Pricing Policy

Prices are in Canadian Dollars Ostro Organics Inc. reserves the right to change the prices of products offered on its site without notice. All products are exempt of taxes.

Payment method

Payment is made online with Stripe. This secure service enables you to make payments online using your credit and debit card.

Incomplete orders

If you receive your order with a product missing, please contact us by phone or email. The missing product may be substituted if desired, and delivery costs will be assumed by Ostro Organics Inc. If you do not wish to receive a replacement product or if the product you want is missing or out of stock, Ostro Organics Inc. will refund the purchase price of the product and all shipping paid for the entire order.

Policy change and cancellation of orders

If you wish to make changes to an order you’ve just placed, please contact customer service by phone or email. In office hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. Indicate your order number and any changes you wish to make.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact customer service by phone or email with your order number. Please note that it may be impossible to change your initial order or cancel it because order processing can take place immediately upon receipt.

Ostro Organics Inc. reserves the right to change this policy at any time with immediate effect upon posting on the website, without liability to you or any other person.
