Returns and refunds policy

A product ordered in error that is delivered in good condition can be exchanged or refunded. However, the product should be returned in its original packaging, along with a copy of the invoice within thirty (30) days.

Ostro Organics Inc will notify you by mail of the amount paid to your credit card in case of reimbursement.

Ostro Organics Inc will not reimburse the shipping costs for the exchange or refund of a product in good condition.

If a product does not match your order, you must contact us immediately by telephone or email. Ostro Organics Inc will bear costs of the return of the product.

No returns will be allowed for a used product.


Shipping policy


Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hrs, Monday through Friday.

Once your order is confirmed. Ostro Organics Inc prepares your order with the utmost care.

Packages will be shipped by Canada Post and will be delivered within the time calculated by the shipping calculator. Delivery time depends on the type of delivery chosen and the destination. An email will be sent to confirm the sending of a package by specifying a Canada Post tracking number.

Shipping fees vary depending on the weight and dimensions of the package and the destination address.

Prices are in Canadian dollars Ostro Organics Inc. reserves the right to change the prices of products offered on its site without notice. All products are exempt of taxes.

Payment method

Payment is made online with Stripe. This secure service enables you to make payments online using your credit and debit card.

Incomplete orders

If you receive your order with a product missing, please contact us by phone or email. The missing product may be substituted if desired, and delivery costs will be assumed by Ostro Organics Inc. If you do not wish to receive a replacement product or if the product you want is missing or out of stock, Ostro Organics Inc. will refund the purchase price of the product and all shipping paid for the entire order.

Policy change and cancellation of orders

If you wish to make changes to an order you’ve just placed, please contact customer service by phone or email. In office hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. Indicate your order number and any changes you wish to make.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact customer service by phone or email with your order number. Please note that it may be impossible to change your initial order or cancel it because order processing can take place immediately upon receipt.

Ostro Organics Inc. reserves the right to change this policy at any time with immediate effect upon posting on the website, without liability to you or any other person.
