Ingredients
- ¼ cup Ostro Almond Oil
- 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
Instructions

In a small bowl, whisk together the almond oil, vinegar, garlic, oregano, salt, and some ground pepper.

Use this dressing on Greek salad and garden fresh veggies.
Variations That Are Simple & Delicious
- Add various dried herbs like dried mint or dried sage for an extra layer of flavour. Specially in the winter months when the veggies aren’t that flavourful.
